International Summer School and Simulation Exercise 2016
European Refugee Crisis and the EU-Turkey relations
This year students from the University of Cologne, Germany, Sciences Po and la Sorbonne Paris, Charles Unviersity Prague as well as the Turkish-German University, Istanbul spent 5 days in Brussels to visit different EU institutions, NGOs and Think Tanks. These exciting three days were followed by a two-day simulation exercise on the EU-Turkey summit.
The students represented different member states of the EU or Turkey with the aim to agree on a joint conclusion. After two days of extensive negotiations the EU-Turkey Summit adopted a joint conclusion.
